Refunds and Returns
We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your order, for any reason, return the item(s) for a full refund. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To complete your return, contact us in order to receive a return authorization.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to the order packaging return address without first contacting us and arranging your order return.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, or is damaged for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that your refund or exchange has been processed.
Refunds are automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within a few days.
Shipping Returns
To return your items(s), please contact us and arrange a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee lost packages due to shipping provider errors beyond our control.
